1. Purchase your box. Choose your tier — Essential, Classic, or Elite.
2. Check your email immediately after checkout.
   A Mystery Box Survey will be emailed to you as soon as your order is placed.
   Make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout so you receive it.
3. Complete your survey within 2 days.
   Your answers help us choose your sizes, preferences, and style vibe.
   If your survey is not completed within 2 days, we will curate your box for you using general best-sellers and seasonal picks.
4. We style your box. Once your survey is received, we begin selecting your custom items.
