Refund policy

At Fonti, I hope you absolutely love your new pieces! But I totally get it – sometimes things just don’t turn out as expected. No worries, I’ve got you covered with my stress-free and customer-friendly return policy.
Here’s the Deal:
- 14 Days for Store Credit: You have 14 days from the date your purchase was delivered to return your item(s) for store credit. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately I cant not accept the return.

How to Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure to include your NAME or ORDER NUMBER in the package. (packing slip is appreciated) - Wrap Your Item Securely: Please wrap your item neatly in protective paper to ensure it arrives back to me in well-kept condition. Also, please refer to the Keep in Mind section below to make sure your return appropriately qualifies
- Where to Send Return: Please email me at fonticollections@gmail.com and I will send you the information on where to ship your package. Package must bc post marked within the 14day return gap in order to be accepted as a return
- Once Return is Sent: Please email informing me that your return was successfully shipped and attach a tracking number if provided. I highly encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number incase this happens!
- Once I Receive the Package: Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit code will be issued via email to the account attached to purchase. If you haven’t received your store credit code within 5 business day of the return showing delivered, please contact me at Fonticollections@gmail.com

Keep in Mind:
- Unworn and Perfect Condition: I ask that items be in their original, pristine condition. That means no makeup or deodorant stains, no perfumes, no dog hair, no cigarette smoke smells, or any other stains/smells.
- Tags Intact: Please make sure all tags are still attached and the items are unworn.
- Exchanges: As a small business with limited inventory, I am unable to offer direct exchanges. I appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use store credit to select the perfect replacement.
Final Sale:
- Bodysuits, Jewelry and Sale Items: Are final sale and cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are not eligible for return.
- Large Sales: Items sold during large sales 30% or more are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Report Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please let me know within 3 days of receiving your order so I can assist you promptly.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received incorrect items or if any items were missing from your order, please contact me at FontiCollections@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order so I can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
- Color Variations: Differences in color due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses do not qualify as damaged items.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 3 hours of placing your order. I will do my best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been processed or shipped, I am unable to cancel it.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your order is successfully canceled within the 3-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
